Currently, our platform is not supported on most smart TVs. That said, some smart TV browsers will sometimes still allow you to log in and access your content. If you haven't already, I recommend giving the following steps a try. If these don't work, then I'm afraid the browser on your TV isn't compatible.
On your TV, open the internet browser and visit: www.vhx.tv/library
Enter your email address - you will be emailed a link.
On a SEPARATE device (other computer or mobile device), open your email inbox, open the login email, and click the LOGIN link.
Go back to your TV browser to see if it worked.
We do currently have apps available on the following platforms. If you have one of these devices, you can download the app from the relevant app store:
Apple TV: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/id1525412744
Android TV: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.streamisrael
Roku: https://channelstore.roku.com/details/589277
Amazon Fire TV: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08DTKV5R4/
If this does not work, you may want to try using a laptop or mobile device and either Chromecasting or plugging directly into your TV using an HDMI cord.
Separate from the Tizen application, native Smart TV browsers (ex: Samsung / LG) are not among our current supported browsers. It may be possible for a user to login to IZZY or play video content from built-in internet browsers on these devices but it is not guaranteed. The user experience will certainly be different from person to person and from TV model to model. Our player is simply not designed to support native TV browsers completely.
