Our platform is constantly evolving to enhance accessibility across devices, including smart TVs. While full support for most smart TV browsers is not yet available, some browsers may still allow you to log in and enjoy content. We’d recommend giving it a try by following these steps:
Steps to Access on Your Smart TV Browser:
Open the Internet Browser on Your TV: Navigate to www.vhx.tv/library.
Enter Your Email Address: You will receive a login link via email.
Open the Login Email on Another Device: Use a separate device (like a smartphone or computer) to open your email inbox and click the login link.
Return to Your TV Browser: Check if the login was successful and content is accessible.
If these steps don’t work, it means your TV browser is not compatible with our platform.
Supported Platforms
We currently offer dedicated apps for the following devices. If you own one of these, you can download the app from the respective app store:
Apple TV: Download on the App Store
Android TV: Get it on Google Play
Roku: Add Channel on Roku
Amazon Fire TV: Get it on Amazon
Alternative Viewing Methods
If the above options don’t work, you can still watch content on your TV by:
Using Chromecast: Cast directly from your mobile device or laptop.
Connecting via HDMI: Plug a laptop or other device directly into your TV with an HDMI cable.
Note on Smart TV Browsers
Native TV browsers, such as those on Samsung or LG Smart TVs, are not officially supported by our platform. While it might be possible to log in and play videos using these browsers, the experience can vary significantly depending on the browser and TV model. For Samsung Smart TVs specifically, the Stream Israel app is compatible only with models released after 2019. Our platform is not fully optimized for built-in TV browsers, and compatibility is not guaranteed.
